Construction and Future Projects Construction of the campuses’ residence halls continues to progress and is expected to be finished by the fall semester. In addition, two new projects have begun: the Chaîne Building at the College at Florham and a new softball field at the Metropolitan Campus. Also, the addition and refurbishment of the College at Florham’s Student Center is continuing. Exterior renovations are nearly complete, and the upgrade and expansion of office spaces should be done by the end of the academic year.
