He completed his Ph.D. in Finance at the University of Mississippi in 2005. Van's research and teaching interests include Financial Management, Financial Markets & Institutions, Market Microstructure, Investments, Banking, International Finance, and Supply Chain Management. Van has taught courses in corporate finance, investments, and portfolio management at undergraduate and MBA level.
