University of Lancaster Bar Examination of the Bar of England and Wales | Ben DuncanGlobal Visiting ProfessorI currently work as a Media Officer for the European Commission's Directorate General for Health and Consumer Protection. My job is to help communicate EU policies to journalists and to the general public. Between 1999 and October 2002 lobbied and did media relations for the British Medical Association (http://www.bma.org.uk) in Brussels.I have lived in Brussels since the early 1990s and had lobbied for a number of different interest groups here(both public and private sector) before joining the BMA. Although relatively new to teaching, I am exctited to be part of FDU's Global Virtual Faculty program. I have been engaged as a Global Visiting Professor on the Global Challenge course since Fall of 2001.
