Wine library dedicated on Metropolitan Campus
Adjunct professor and wine expert Ron Kapon and Dr. Richard Wisch, director of The International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, show off the wine library plaque.
Students, faculty and staff turned out for a reception and dedication at the Ron Kapon Wine Library to celebrate the adjunct professor and wine aficionado’s extensive donation to Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Housed in The International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management’s facilities in Dickinson Hall, the collection contains more than 4,000 books, magazines and articles.

Dr. Richard Wisch, director of The International School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, has referred to Kapon as, “one of America’s premiere wine educators and writers.” Kapon’s family owns the oldest wine shop in the United States.
