"Judge not by Color, but by Character"
Teaneck, NJ – “In the Midst of Exploration in Anger and Forgiveness,” an exhibit featuring painting and photography by student Sydney Anderson will run from Monday, February 25, through Friday, March 1. It will take place at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s University College Art Gallery, Room 11, University Hall. A reception will be held on Febraury 25, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. All works are for sale, cash, with half of the profits going to charity.
Inspired by art books and her favorite artist Vincent Van Gogh, Anderson has 22 pieces in her collection. Her body of works reflects the artist’s philosophy that “the bad has to be taken for there to be some good, yin and yang in life.” “The question is how do we deal with the bad, how does humanity strive on in the constant face of disaster? It has been said in the midst of exploration in and forgiveness that we atempt to strive on.”
