Sjoquist, Special Counsel, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Attorney Sjoquist works directly with board members and senior staff of the PCAOB in formulating rules required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Panelists will further explore the topic adding their insights and practical strategies. They are H. Stephen Grace, Jr., Chairman, Financial Executive International (FEI) and President, H.S. Grace & Company and Grace & Co. Consultancy, Inc. and Steven T. Sabatini, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, U.S.B. Holding Co., Inc. and Union State Bank, and Member, Board of Directors, U.S.B. Holding., Co. Inc. Sherman Frankston, President of Frankston Associates, Inc, a corporate communications group, and former president of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), will moderate the panel.
