FDU’s Visual and Performing Arts Department presents “Romeo & Juliet”

MADISON, NJ (September 30, 2013) -- Fairleigh Dickinson University students will present performances from Oct. 16- 19 of William Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet.” Performances will be held in Dreyfuss Theatre at FDU’s College at Florham in Madison, N.J.

Students will present one of the most popular and powerful love stories ever written. The play is about two star -crossed lovers whose untimely deaths lead to the reconciliation of their families. 
This student production will be directed by Stephen Hollis, director of the Theatre Program. Sets by Yu Han Huang.

Performance dates are: Oct. 16, 17, 18, 19 at 8 p.m., and the 20 at 2:30 p.m. There will also be a matinee for local high school students on Friday, Oct.18 at 11 a.m.
Tickets for all shows are $6 for students, the FDU community and senior citizens (65+) and $12 for the general public. Tickets can be purchased at the door or reserved in advance by calling 973-443-8644. FDU’s College at Florham is located at 285 Madison Ave., Madison, N.J.
