Project Management Certification Available at FDU

Teaneck, N.J. – August 31, 2009 – “Project Management,” a five-day course designed for experienced managers looking to obtain the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation is being offered by FDU from Monday, September 21 to Friday, September 25 on Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Metropolitan Campus.

In partnership with Netcom Information Technology, FDU’s Anthony J. Petrocelli College of Continuing Studies Division of Continuing Education presents this 35-hour course for novice project managers as well as experienced project managers.  Completion of this course meets the PMP Certification and CAPM designation requirement.

Areas to be covered include scope, time, cost, communication, integration management topics as well as the project management framework.  Management in the areas of human resources, procurement, risk, quality, ethics and conduct requirements will be covered, ending with a PMP exam overview.
