Local Women to Discuss Business Experiences in Celebration of Women’s History Month
Teaneck, N.J. (February 23, 2009) – The public is invited to hear successful local businesswomen speak about their backgrounds, their business experiences, and how being women has made a difference for each of them.In celebration of Women’s History Month, the “Oh, The Places She’ll Go,” panel discussion takes place on Wednesday, March 11 at 4 p.m., on FDU’s Metropolitan Campus. The event will be held in the Rutherford Room of the Student Union Building, River Road, Teaneck, NJ.
This panel of exceptional women in business will include Amelia Duggan, editor of 201 Magazine, Rose Heck, mayor of Hasbrouck Heights and former New Jersey Assemblywoman, Dina Mustafa, currently an FDU MBA student and formerly a chemical engineer, Elena Potoupa, founder and president of WOW-Coupons.com, and Jo Ann Vozeh, a marketing executive for 25 years, currently with Sony Electronics Inc.
Lindsey Greene Barrett, who teaches the course “Women as Entrepreneurs,” will moderate. She said, ”Each panelist will bring her unique history and talents to the event as we explore issues affecting any woman planning on a business career. “
