Building an Effective Board of Directors and Navigating Wealth in Economic Turbulence
MADISON, N.J. (May 7, 2012)—Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Rothman Institute of Entrepreneurship will host an interactive program, “Expert Insights: Building an Effective Board of Directors/Navigating Wealth through Economic Turbulence,” on May 31 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. as part of the O.Berk Company Family Business Forum seminar series. The program will be run in the Rutherford Room of the Ferguson Recreation Center at the College at Florham. The main speaker is Edward Ahart, Director, Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP.
Attendees will come away with the knowledge they need to manage an effective and productive board of directors. They will also learn how to better manage their savings and assets in this increasingly volatile economic climate. Members of Forum-sponsor firms will be on hand to provide insights and advice on these two important issues.
Established in 1992, The O.Berk Company Family Business Forum is the only organization of its kind in the state.
