The Honorable Christine Miniman Honored by Fairleigh Dickinson University

Inducted into The Pinnacle

Madison, NJ (April 24, 2001) The Honorable Christine Miniman, New Jersey Superior Court Judge, Chancery Division, Family Part, Sussex County was inducted into The Pinnacle, the highest award Fairleigh Dickinson University bestows on its alumni.

In a ceremony at the University on April 20, Miniman, who earned her bachelorís degree at Fairleigh Dickinsonís Florham-Madison campus, was honored for her unparalleled organizational skills and her dedication to diligently pursuing the truth in order to make the right decision.

Since her appointment by former Governor Jim Florio in 1993, Miniman has served in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Passaic County; in the Law Division, Morris County; and in the Chancery Division, Family Part, Morris County.

A resident of Boonton Township, NJ, she has been instrumental in the advancement of her profession as a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, the Morris County Bar Association and the Harvard Law Association of New Jersey. She has served on various committees of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and was the editor of the Federal Bar Journal.

Her citation at the ceremonies concluded with "For so richly developing the natural abilities lying within and for applying your superlative skills to the pursuit of justice, your University takes great pride in conferring upon you The Pinnacle."
