Donna Del Prete Marki named to Board of Trustees
Teaneck, NJ (September 4, 2007) — Donna Del Prete Marki, a resident of Bedminster, has been named to the Board of Trustees of Fairleigh Dickinson University for a three-year term. She served as a University trustee from 1996-2005 and chaired the Educational Affairs Committee.
A graduate of FDU, Marki holds a law degree from The Temple University Law School and is an active member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
At the university she has been an active member of the Alumni Board of Governors, a charter member of the Council of Presidential Advisors and a member of the capital campaign steering committee. As a student, Marki served on the Board of Trustees as student representative.
She is involved in many professional and charitable activities, including the Visiting Nurses of Somerset Hills, Driving for Surviving and the United States Equestrian Team. Marki has served on the Board of Adjustment for Bedminster for five years and was a trustee of the Bayonne Hospital Foundation.
The owner of Say It With Flowers in Bayonne, Marki also owns Therapeutic Advantage, a company that manufactures and sells equine hydrotherapy spas.

When she graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson, she was the recipient of the President’s Award for her dedication and enthusiasm. She brings these same qualities to the Board of Trustees.”
