BASF CEO gives keynote at Innovation Summit at FDU
Hans Engel, chairman and CEO of BASF, (pictured below) led the featured speakers at FDUís Rothman Instituteís annual Innovation Summit, held at FDUís College at Florham in Madison, NJ on Wednesday, October 3. The theme of the summit was ďSustainability through Innovation."
Other speakers included: Michele Brown, CEO of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority; Ian Shankland, vice president and chief technology officer for Honeywell Performance Materials & Technologies; and Montgomery Alger, vice president and chief technology officer of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
This half-day intensive seminar is designed to help business leaders learn about innovative new strategies found in the chemicals and gas products industry.
Part of the Silberman College of Business since 1989, the mission of the Rothman Institute for Entrepreneurship is to teach and support entrepreneurship and innovation in the academic, business and nonprofit communities.
