“Museum” To Be Staged on Fairleigh Dickinson University’s College at Florham Campus
Madison, NJ – September, 2004 – “Museum,” playwright Tina Howe’s satire of the modern art world is a parable of humanity that takes place on the last day of an exhibit in a Manhattan art museum. The play will be staged at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s College at Florham in the Dreyfuss Theater from Wednesday, October 13 through Saturday, October 16 at 8 p.m. with a 2:30 matinee on Sunday, October 17.
The storyline is episodic as we eavesdrop on characters that comment on the art (the exhibit, entitled "The Broken Silence" consists of four blank, all-white paintings), on themselves and each other, and on life in general.
The cast includes Stephanie Bayliss, Joshua Sterling Bragg, John C.
