Bergen County Artist Pamela Fenwick Butwin to Exhibit Watercolors at Fairleigh Dickinson University
Teaneck, NJ (July 13, 2009) — “Waterworks,” an exhibit of watercolor paintings by Pamela Fenwick Butwin, will be on exhibit at FDU’s University College Gallery, University Hall, 1000 River Road, Teaneck, from Thursday, July 30 to Friday, September 11, 2009. The public is invited to a reception on Thursday, September 10 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
Even as she operated her own graphic design studio in New York, she made time to pursue her art by taking classes in New York City and at summer workshops in Maine and England.
Butwin has received awards from juried shows held at The Art Center of New Jersey, Bergen County, at individual and group exhibitions of the Mamaroneck Artists Guild, in Larchmont, New York, and at the National Academy School of Fine Arts.
She has studied at the Daniel Schwartz Studio, at the School of Visual Arts in New York, and most recently, at the National Academy School of Fine Art, New York. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moore College of Art, in Philadelphia.
The University Art Gallery hours are 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Thursday in July and until August 7. After August 10, the gallery will be open during the same hours from Monday- Friday. For further information, call 201-692-2801.
