Executive MBA in Management Offered for Life Sciences and Healthcare Professionals

Fairleigh Dickinson University’s executive MBA program is responding to this challenge with a program for career advancement for professionals in the life sciences and healthcare.
FDU’s Executive MBA in Management for healthcare and life sciences professionals is AACSB accredited and offered by FDU’s Silberman College of Business, ranked by the Princeton Review’s 2007 b-school rankings in "Best 282 Business Schools." Professionals in the healthcare and life sciences sector can look forward to an executive learning environment with Saturday courses in an accelerated 21-month program. Courses are taken one at a time over five Saturdays, with a limited number of professionals per cohort. In this environment, students are stimulated by the experiences of their classmates – who bring real world experiences into every discussion.
A two-week international immersion experience in included. It focuses on the realities of global interdependence with multi-continental site visits and international experts in the field.
Courses include legal and ethical issues in healthcare and life sciences, healthcare financial operations, management of the life sciences R&D process, health services marketing, and health quality management. The 48-credit degree program requires 16 courses that include the international seminar and an integrative capstone project.
Caliguari added, “The program is of special interest to professionals in healthcare, leaders in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic instruments, medical devices, R&D, acute care hospitals, physician services, long term care facilities or ambulatory care centers.”
Course work for this program is held at the Hamilton Park Conference Center in Florham Park, NJ, which offers outstanding facilities for adult learning and a convenient central location.
