Learn How to “Ride the Wave” of the Improving Job Market at Fairleigh Dickinson University on April 16, 2012.
Teaneck, NJ (March 12, 2012) — Fairleigh Dickinson University will offer renowned career coach and FDU professor Eli Amdur about job hunting tips and advice on Monday April 16, 2012 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Edward Williams Hall Auditorium. Following the program Admur will be signing copies of his book. This is a free event and copies of his book, "It's Not so Far, From Here to There," will be available for purchase at $15.00 + tax.
Admur’s speech “Ride the Wave” will be a discussion on the improving job market and the future of employment. He will be covering topics such as strong job creation, unemployment falling, and industries that are bouncing back. The program will help individuals understand the next move to make for their careers.
With his book,"It's Not so Far, From Here to There," in its second printing and over nine years of weekly career advice experience, a career coach, he conducts workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions in career planning, career-skills development, résumés, interviewing and communication. Admur is the author of "Career Coach," a weekly career advice column that has been appearing in major regional newspapers, including The Record, since 2003.
