International Business Seminar to Focus on Export Markets

FDU’s International Business Tools Breakfast Seminar will focus on strengthening export markets on Thursday, February 20, from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Rutherford Room, Student Union Building, Metropolitan Campus.

The program will cover a broad range of subjects, according to Herbert Ouida, consultant, FDU’s Global Enterprise Network, who will serve as the moderator.

Program topics and participants include: “How to Use Social Media and Other Strategies to Expand Internationally,” presented by Thaddeus Kubis, NAK Integrated Marketing, and Gaspare Marturano, Gaspare.Me Marketing; “UPS Global eCommerce Solutions,” by Kevin Wasik, retail segment marketing manager, UPS; “Access the Power of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) to Unleash Global Potential,” by Bella Heule, executive vice president, World Trade Centers Association; “Licensing and Classification Review,” by Rebecca Joyce, director, Outreach Services, U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (via Web technology); “Resources Available Through the U.S. International Trade Administration and the State of New Jersey,” by Brian Beams, international trade specialist, U.S. Department of Commerce; “Why Consider Joining an Association,” by Gerri Cristantiello, executive director, NEXCO; and “Better Results via Smarter Data Management,” by Rufiya Blank, director, Content Partnerships, NetProspex Inc.
