Graduate Assistantship available on College at Florham PR office

Are you a current or prospective graduate student at the College at Florham? Want your tuition waved while you gain hands-on experience working in public relations? 

FDU's public relations office has one graduate assistant position available, starting in the 2013 fall semester. 

Each semester, the graduate assistant works 300 hours (20 hours per week, for 15 weeks). 

Duties include writing press releases, writing feature stories for, working with members of the media, and assisting with managing FDU's social media channels. 

Tuition for 9 credits and a cash stipend (each semester).

Graduate assistant position is renewable each semester. Reappointment is dependent on successful performance of duties assigned.

Excellent communication skills are paramount and all applicants must submit writing samples.

All applications must be admitted to a graduate program at the College at Florham.

Prior experience in public relations, corporate communication, journalism, or marketing is preferred, but not required.
